What is our process?

While we don’t label ourselves as a consultant, we do work with customers to develop a clear path to decarbonisation. The first stage is to accurately measure and calculate what’s happening on site. By understanding the main users and generators of energy, we can deliver the greatest value for money, and achieve the highest reduction in energy.

Process Energy work slightly differently to many companies in the energy sector. We don’t focus on early stage sustainability strategies or providing reports with a list of ideas. We target the hardest to abate energy users on industrial manufacturing sites, providing solutions that deliver clear results.

We identify a specific solution, design and install it & keep working with you to ensure maximum energy reduction through the life of the plant. We work with you from concept to commissioning. Process Energy deliver energy efficiency and decarbonisation solutions to manufacturing companies. Our primary area of focus is on thermal processes, often the hardest area of any plant to fully decarbonise.

By focussing on the largest users and hardest energy systems to abate, our solutions often provide the most meaningful reduction in carbon emissions, and quick return on investments.
